HARMONY (Red)

Ideal for this summer. IGP PAYS D'OC Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc Garnet colour, delicate nose of liquorice, cedar wood and blackberry jelly. On the palate, the velvety structure is served by a fresh frame and a slightly minty finish. Ideal on a tuna steak with pink peppercorns or a veal chop. The Merlot and the Cabernet are vinified together throughout the maceration of 15 to 20 days in the traditional way and then aged in vats.
