55% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon 13.5% vol The color is peach with a beautiful shine. The nose is expressive with aromas of concentrated small red fruits such as raspberry. The palate is balanced between tension and minerality. A nice length is revealed. This rosé can be enjoyed both as an aperitif and with a meal, and will go perfectly with a summer salad with warm goat cheese.
