Chardonnay 2020

100% Chardonnay vintage, unique expression revealing a successful association between the grape variety and this terroir of Château Saint Louis. Harmony arises from a balance between a very expressive engaging nose and a pleasant round palate. The grapes underwent pressing and then settling at low temperature. Maceration takes place on fine lees. The vinification lasts about three weeks in a thermo-regulated way and ends with malolactic fermentation.
