
This “Bubble” is made from Sémillon and Chenin from clay-limestone and limestone plots on the north face of the valley of Tirecul La Gravière. It has benefited from attentive care from harvest to bottling, in the tradition of the greatest sparkling wines. The “Jo” cuvée is representative of the elegance and minerality that the coldest plots of our terroir can offer us. However, harvesting at perfect maturity gives great balance to the mouth. From aperitif to dessert with a preference for sushi, spiced fish and white meats.
