Merlot cuvée all in roundness and controlled power. The very deep dark ruby color heralds a nose of very ripe red fruits, particularly cherries. The very rich and round mouth benefits from fleshy tannins. This cuvée represents a respectful approach to the fruit of Merlot and the terroir of Boucicaut. The 2016 vintage is to be classified among the solar years. An exceptional end to the season brought the small berries to very high maturity, combining sugar and acidity harmoniously. The care lavished on these grapes is identical to that due to our great cuvées, picked by hand, in boxes with a meticulous selection of perfectly healthy bunches. Vegan wine.
