US AND OUR HISTORY
The first vine was planted in 1930 by grandfather GIOVANNI VALSANIA. My father ANTONIO developed the company and I, FRANCO VALSANIA with my wife MARZENA IWONA JAGIEŁŁO, are the third generation that continues the tradition of wine production in the Langhe and Asti.
Year after year, thanks to our experience, we make changes and improve our production. For us, perfection is a constantly evolving goal. We have improved our production to satisfy the wishes of our customers. Our innovations always have one and only limit: to preserve the natural and biological culture of our grandfather!
We, today CHATEAU VALSANIA VINI ITALIA, produces wines in full respect of nature, thanks to the tenacity and competence of the oenologist and producer Franco with the help of his wife Marzena Iwona.
THE TERRITORY
Our cellar and our vineyards are located among the Piedmontese hazelnut groves and vineyards in the wine-growing areas of the Langhe and Asti, where the famous Piedmont IGP hazelnut - Tonda Gentile Trilobata is also born.
