LANGHE NEBBIOLO DOC 2019, Red wine with a dry, tannic taste. Aged in wooden barrels for 18 months

100% Nebbiolo grape variety Tannic but delicate red wine, slightly fruity. Ruby color with orange reflections. The scent is reminiscent of fruit trees with distinct notes of cherry and wild flowers. The taste is reminiscent of grape juice with a taste of licorice and spices with a young but refined tannin. Aged in large oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months, it is capable of giving intense flavors of vanilla, coconut, sweet spices and dill. Excellent with game and seasoned, tasty cheeses. Perfect to accompany pasta and grilled meat, roasts, stews.
