The territory of the cultivation of white, aromatic grapes extends over the hills at the foot of the Ligurian and Langhe Apennines with landscapes that fill the eyes with its immensity of green. Thanks to the white vines of these areas we obtain an aromatic SOLE wine, which takes its name looking at the immense sunny hills. Typical Piedmontese wine for Piedmontese cured meats and cheeses, no less worthy of good French foie-grass as an aperitif, and for desserts at the end of a meal.
