Purple dress. Very aromatic nose of violets, black fruits and toasted notes that are found in the mouth. The tannins are pronounced but silky and combine with the aromas with a surprising freshness. A perfect example of this variety rarely used alone. Perfect to accompany duck or spicy dishes. For those with a sweet tooth, the Petit Verdot can be enjoyed wonderfully with a chocolate fondue in which fresh fruit is dipped.
