It all started in Brest in 1965. Michel Chatillon, a chocolatier trained in renowned houses in France and Switzerland, created the Chatillon chocolate factory.
In 1991, she moved to the center of Finistère, to Pleyben “in order to be closer to consumers from all over France”. Pleyben is indeed located on an essential tourist site with the famous Calvary and the parish enclosure which offers the opportunity to visit the chocolate factory. Because yes, it can be visited!
The Chatillon house is first known for these famous Florentines, a unique know-how and a recipe that has remained unchanged since the beginning. Many other products have been added to the range, so we offer professional customers more than 50 product references.
