Wild Garlic & Parmesan Pesto

A classic of Italian cuisine revisited by Chef de France. The basil is replaced by wild garlic but always accompanied by a tasty Italian parmesan. This revisited recipe will be the ideal accompaniment to your most varied dishes: carpaccio, roast poultry, grilled vegetables, pasta, tomato tart base or as an accompaniment to fresh goat cheese. To preserve the good taste of this pesto, reheat it in a bain-marie or over low heat directly in a saucepan, without letting it come to a boil. Made in Provence, from simple, high-quality ingredients, Bear's Garlic and Parmesan pesto is flavorless, colourant-free, preservative-free and sugar-free. Store at room temperature and protected from light. After opening, keep cool (0°C - +4°C) and consume within 5 days.
