The Pepper and Gorgonzola sauce will sublimate your most varied dishes: pasta, white fish or chicken. It can also be used to stuff vegetables or garnish a savory tart base. To preserve the good taste of this sauce, reheat it in a bain-marie or over low heat directly in a saucepan, without letting it come to a boil. Made in Provence, from simple, quality ingredients, Pepper and Gorgonzola sauce is flavorless, colourant-free, preservative-free and sugar-free. Store at room temperature and protected from light. After opening, keep refrigerated (0°C - +4°C) for a maximum of 48 hours.
