Fresh Scotch Bonnet Chillies Fresh Scotch Bonnet Chillies are beautiful on the outside but searingly hot within. Using techniques we've perfected over the past 10 years, our fresh Rwandan Scotch Bonnet Chillies are grown in open fields to the south of Kigali (Rwanda's capital). We use minimal fertilizers and pesticides on our chilli plants. Due to the tropical climate, we pump water from local lakes and rivers to our Scotch Bonnet Chilli plants. Once the chillies ripen, they are harvested by hand and taken directly to Kigali's International Airport. Here they are put immediately into cold chain and are kept in cold storage until they leave our UK facility. We use DPD to ship this product to you to guarantee ultimate freshness upon arrival.
