Inspired by this fried chicken obsession, Chimac restaurant opened in 2019, proudly to bring a taste of Seoul to the heart of Dublin. Think crispy free-range chicken that’s irresistibly good and sauce so delicious you’ll question all life decisions. We began bottling our tasty, Korean inspired sauces in 2022, bringing tasty, punchy sauces for BBQing, marinading, stir-frying and drizzling to homes across the world! These award winning, chef developed sauces are perfect for marinading meats, grilling, or using simply as a sauce or condiments.
