Low in sugar, high in cocoa, and soya-free, our signature 47% Colombia origin milk chocolate and 72% Ecuador origin dark chocolate are unique to us - you won't find them anywhere else!
Established in Dorset in 2002 by husband & wife team Andy & Claire Burnet, we have grown over the years into one of the UK's leading
independent chocolate companies crafting all our chocolates, gelato & brownies by hand using ethically sourced fine origin chocolate, from Colombia, Ecuador and Madagascar, plus fresh local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
Our approach to flavour and innovation has resulted in us winning over 120 national and international fine food awards to date and much critical acclaim for our joyful take on fine chocolate.
