Jar of 50/50 almond-hazelnut praline. Origin of dried fruits: Valencia almonds (Spain) and Giffoni hazelnuts (Italy). Ideal in baking for the preparation of mousses, creams, biscuits, flans, creams or ice creams. Used in chocolate making for the production of praline candies and filled tablets. Can also be enjoyed in yogurts or white cheeses.
