A traditional recipe for our artisanal fruit jellies, each more tender than the next. Assorted traditional fruit jellies from Auvergne, 50% of which are red fruits. They are made according to a traditional recipe. The fruit pulp dominates the sugar for more flavor, tenderness and smoothness.
