Inspired by the famous American cake, we have created this marvellous liqueur for all those who love brownies and those who can't resist a good chocolate. The history of the creation of the brownie is not certain, but it is known that it was created in the United States at the beginning of the 20th century. Legend has it that a housewife was baking a cake and forgot the yeast, which gave rise to the ‘Brownie’. The famous book ‘Larousse Gastronomique’ claims that the first record of a brownie recipe was in 1896. Despite this record, some culinary historians claim that there are records of the first brownie recipes dating back to 1909.
