Our Caramel liqueur was inspired by the salt pans of Castro Marim and is produced with the fleur de sel that is extracted from them. This year it was entered in the London Spirits Competition 2024, where it was awarded a silver medal. It's not the first time that Premium Caramel with Fleur de Sel liqueur has been recognised internationally. In 2023, the same liqueur was awarded 1 Gold Star at the International Great Taste Awards in London. It can be served as an aperitif or digestif, chilled and without ice, or with a stone of ice. It goes very well with desserts, especially a crepe with a scoop of ice cream. It can be served mixed with hot coffee. In a cocktail, with crushed ice and vodka, it will be very popular on hot summer evenings.
