It was at the end of 2019 that Chouchou de Provence was born. Our company is located in Pierrefeu-du-Var, a small Provençal wine village.
Specializing in the artisanal production of roasted and caramelized dried fruits, called Chouchou in the South of France, we want to bring this ancestral confectionery up to date with revisited and original recipes.
Our team, made up of around ten people, works every day to revitalize an old confectionery and offer you an interesting alternative to industrial sweets.
We work with fervor to preserve the authenticity of our products because we know that, just like Proust's madeleines which awaken childhood memories and happy moments, the sweet and comforting flavor of our favorites is for our customers an open door to the past, reminding us that good things are often the simplest!
