Carnaroli rice is at the heart of Gli Aironi's production. It is suitable for a slightly creamy risotto and salads. At Gli Aironi, we look for the purest grain while being as respectful as possible of the environment. The artisanal and gentle hulling preserves the nutrients present on the outside of the grain and which are also responsible for the taste and cooking resistance of the rice.
