Almond cream

An almond delight, to spread or use in baking, made with just two ingredients: lightly roasted Sicilian almonds and cane sugar. Teo & Bia cream is particularly creamy, with a good taste of grilled almonds reminiscent of turron or peanut butter. A cute organic, vegan, milk-free, gluten-free sin! Made by Beppe in Piedmont.
