Ciboulo, a young company, based in Tarnos in the Landes, develops and distributes plates for children designed to make meals fun, friendly and fun. Its plates, on which funny faces are drawn, can be dressed with food by children or their parents. This allows the child to better diversify their diet and discover new foods while having fun. Inspirations and recipes are available on the Ciboulo website and on the Instagram account!
The story of Ciboulo:
It was during a discussion between Annabelle and Marie-Laure that the spark of Ciboulo was born. Marie-Laure, with her experience working with children with varied symptoms, confided the difficulties she encountered daily in the eating disorder clinic. These often complex situations required playful approaches to stimulate the appetite and encourage children to explore new tastes and textures.
Thanks to this exchange, a bold idea emerged: the manufacture of a fun and practical tool, respecting hygiene standards, capable of captivating the attention of children and awakening their appetite. A solution which would not only be beneficial for children with specific needs, but which could also delight all young foodies looking for fun and healthy meals.
Maël, Annabelle's son, when very young, presented some difficulties when encountering certain foods. This idea then became essential and daring for Annabelle. She was keen to offer a fun way of eating, encouraging Maël to reconcile himself with vegetables.
By creating fun plates with drawn heads, which can be dressed with all kinds of foods, Annabelle and Marie-Laure not only offered a form of game encouraging Mael to become reconciled with food, but they also opened the door to a world of possibilities for all children facing similar challenges.
This is how the Ciboulo company was born. Clément and David quickly joined the two cousins to help them carry out this project which immediately appealed to them. The plates offered by Ciboulo are the result of meticulous work and a common vision shared by the entire team.
The desire is to create a tool that combines creativity and functionality, a source of inspiration for parents and valuable support for health professionals like Marie-Laure.
