Sparkle your taste buds with our brut: pure juice cider made from sweet and bitter apples, with no additives, fermented using the Normandy method with natural foaming. A full-bodied cider that retains its fruity notes. Both bitter and aromatic, it will go perfectly with your appetizers, your savory dishes and, why not, your cheeses. For fermentation that respects the product, we do not add sulfites and we only use indigenous yeasts, already present in our apples. Available in 33cl and 75cl bottles Alcohol content: 5%
