The micro cider house is the very first cider house in Tarn-et-Garonne, created in 2022.
As a Toulouse resident and ambassador of a traditional method learned in Brittany and Normandy, it was only natural that I brought this know-how back to my hometown.
I wanted to create a living, sustainable drink that uses little natural resources. In short, a drink that makes sense.
I work with both local cider apples and, above all, local culinary apples. I work with local organic producers and carefully select the apple varieties that will make my vintages unique, thanks to a carefully thought-out blend.
