A CHOCOLATE STORY
The Nacré srl Company was founded in 2018, by the will of four founding partners united by a strong bond with the city of Modica and by the passion for Modica Chocolate, which has obtained PGI recognition since 2019.
The main objective was the creation of a medium-high brand to be launched on the market in full respect of tradition with an attentive eye to innovation
A chocolate mission
The decision to produce a high quality chocolate by choosing only single-origin cocoa to combine with local products recognized as excellent, for example the Bronte pistachio, the Avola almonds and the Syracuse lemons, presenting it with an adequate packaging full of information to accompany the consumer and make him aware of the quality, of the processing technique with also historical and cultural hints, as well as obviously the nutritional information, another guarantee of a product today increasingly praised by nutritionists.
