Truffles al Rum a perfect combination of this soft truffle between PGI Modica Chocolate and rum wrapped in a small grain of cocoa bean that leaves an unmistakable taste on the palate. Ingredients: PGI Modica chocolate 67% min. (cocoa mass 60%, sugar), sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower), low-fat cocoa powder, cocoa mass, rum 1% emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring. Surface treated with Modica Chocolate PGI 99% (cocoa mass, sugar), cocoa nibs. Allergens: may contain traces of milk and dried nuts.
