Vescovello IGT Toscano Rosso Cipriani Drinks

Vescovello is a Tuscan IGT red wine, selected with meticulous care to celebrate the Cipriani Drinks style: a dense, delicate wine with unmistakable elegance. The flavor of Vescovello is the result of a long and patient process, which begins with the manual harvest of the ripe grapes. The fermentation of the varieties takes place separately in steel tanks, for a maceration period ranging from twenty to twenty-five days. After being drawn off and decanted, the Vescovello is left to age for twelve to eighteen months in French oak barriques and tonneaux before being blended and bottled in the cellar. The wait necessary to taste this Tuscan wine rewards in taste and aroma: an intense red wine on the palate, but with a sweet scent, it is balanced, perfect to combine with red meat and aged cheeses.
