Cooked with spelled grown 17km from the cannery by Jean-Michel Cellier of EARL de la Pereire and mushrooms (shiitake and fresh oyster mushrooms) harvested 38km away by Emmanuel Renard of the Ferme de Fons des Ores, this recipe plays an active role to the development of the short circuit in Auvergne! Priority to the short circuit thanks to the partnership with a dozen local Auvergne producers. Can be consumed as an accompaniment, for 1 or 2 people. Reheat over low heat.
