
L-Citrulline is an amino acid produced naturally by the body and is present in foods, but very few. It may help to improve nitric oxide production, increase blood flow and reduce blood pressure. 1-2 flat scoops daily. 1 scoops measures approximately 5g.L-Citrulline can cause an allergic response or make swelling in the airways worse. L-Citrulline might lower blood pressure so take with caution if you suffer with low blood pressure. There is a concern that L-Citrulline might interfere with blood pressure control during and after surgery. Stop taking L-Citrulline at least 2 weeks before scheduled surgery. Do not exceed recommended intake. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.
