Pilgrims on the way to Santiago de Compostela used to eat at Clos Triguedina, “Me trigo de dina” meaning “I can’t wait to dine” in Occitan. Since 1830, each generation has passed on know-how, emotion and passion. Recognized as one of the flagship estates of the Cahors Appellation, Jean-Luc and Sabine Baldès ensure family continuity there. Winegrowers from father to son for 6 generations, their daughter Juliette decided at the age of 5 to continue the adventure; she becomes the first female generation.
The estate has been labeled “Committed Winegrowers” since September 2024. It is a commitment that goes from the vine to the glass.
