Conceived by Jean-Luc Baldès, this new wine is intended to be in keeping with the innovative DNA of Clos Triguedina. Vineyard - Appellation: Lot Valley, South-West Blend: 100% Malbec Terroir: Clay-limestone and siliceous soil of the 2nd and 3rd terraces on old vines. Vineyard work and winemaking: Sustainable agriculture. Very careful work in the vineyard in an eco-responsible commitment to soil preservation. Morning harvest. Rosé from direct pressing. Aged 100% in new acacia barrels for 6 months. Tasting: Intense pink, complex nose of apricot, peach and delicious red fruits. Beautiful attack on the palate, intense citrus aromas, good volume and long, almost mineral finish. Brilliant wine, gastronomic wine. Food/Wine Pairing: As an aperitif with delicious tapas or tapenades, in pollack carpaccio, squid ceviche or with fish such as grilled red mullet or sea bream. It will also pair easily with a lovely old tomato salad and nice grilled meats. HAS consume fresh.
