Sherry vinegar 25cl

Aged 2 years in barrels. Sherry vinegar. This Sherry vinegar, cuvée Réserva, comes from the slow transformation in oak barrels of wines from the province of Jerez at the southern tip of Andalusia in Spain. Its nose is reminiscent of cooked wines and dry wood. This powerful vinegar, with a pronounced taste of walnuts and Madeira, goes very well with walnut oil for mixed salads. It is also ideal for deglazing calf's livers or for enhancing white meat sauces.
