Shallot Vinaigrette 55cl

Our shallot vinaigrette is made from 50% rapeseed oil. The shallot aroma mixed with the acidity of the vinegar delivers a subtle and balanced taste. It is interesting to note that the name given to this type of product varies depending on its oil content. If the product contains more than 75% oil, it is called a "vinaigrette". If it contains between 50% and 75%, it is called "vinaigrette sauce". When its oil content is less than 50% but more than 25%, it is referred to as a "low-fat vinaigrette."
