It is rich in calcium, iron and vitamin C. Directions for use: It is appreciated for its fruity and tangy aroma. It is mainly used in infusion for hot drinks, tea, herbal tea, bissap and in baking in the preparation of cake, mousse and tangy syrup. But it also has its place on the savory side with fish and scallops.
