Cognac Roussille XO

The nose is fruity and offers a slight richness as well as a fine fleshiness.   There are notes of peach in syrup, dried mandarin zest, caramelized pear and slight notes of crystallized lemon associated with a subtle hint of citron, as well as very discreet hints of vanilla. Good length and good persistence.
