Cognac Roussille XO Vermeil

This hors d'âge, put into barrel in '1960', was born from the spirits produced by the last distillation of the great-grandfather. Dormant for many years in oak barrels and lovingly monitored throughout its aging, this cognac offers rich and subtly balanced aromas. Its color is more of an elegant brown gold. The nose develops a palette typical of old cognacs: leather, spices, rancio. The round and supple palate, well blended, finds delicious accents of vanilla on the finish.
