The Precision+ salt mills are equipped with a ceramic mechanism, a material resistant to salt corrosion. The new mechanism was designed and developed over the course of 2 years in collaboration with the Aroma Laboratory at the University of Nottingham. The grinders with the new Precision+ mechanism offer a new level of performance: in fact, with each rotation it has been scientifically proven that they can grind more product, revealing a more intense flavour. With mixed material grinders you get the best of both worlds.
