Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay The blend comes from the high plateaus behind the town of Beaune and from the different villages of the Côte de Beaune. The vines are located between 280 and 450 meters above sea level. Shiny dress. Expressive nose of green apple and citrus fruits. On the palate, notes of white-fleshed fruits and a persistent and subtly mineral finish. Food and wine pairings: Tuna rillettes, mini scallop skewers, mini smoked salmon croissants, croziflette, monkfish gratin with fennel, mussels marinière. Serving temperature: drink between 10-12°C
