Grape variety: Blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay and a touch of Chardonnay. This Crémant de Bourgogne was developed over several months on slats using a blend of our grape varieties used in Burgundy. Tasting: The color is pale pink, the palate is dominated by red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, etc.). These bubbles are fine, a sign of a quality Crémant.
