Mercurey "Vignes de Maillonge" - Chardonnay - White Wine - 75cl (Burgundy)

This Mercurey Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay.
 This climate is located under Le Meix Frappé. “Maille” means marl in old French, a characteristic element of this climate. The vineyard is managed using sustainable farming methods and HVE certified.     Tasting: Wine with a pale yellow color, on the nose we find floral notes such as acacia and notes of dried fruits such as toasted almond. On the palate, the wine is full and round and has a nice length in the mouth. Food and Wine Pairing: scallops, trout with almonds, fish blanquette, noble shellfish Serving temperature: between 11 to 14°C Aging potential: Between 5 and 6 years
