Morgon - Gamay - Red Wine - 75cl (Beaujolais)

 Morgon is one of the 10 wines produced in Beaujolais, it is 100% Gamay.
 The vineyard covers the commune of Villié-Morgon. The vineyard slopes are established on a set of hills which dominate the Saône valley at an altitude between 220 meters and 480 meters.   With a dark garnet color, the wine develops aromas of morello cherries and violets on the nose. On the palate, the wine is fruity and delicious with discreet tannins.   Food and Wine Pairings: Basquaise chicken, duck rillettes, Beaujolais tome cheese.
 Serving temperature: between 13 and 15°C Aging potential: 6 years.
