 Le Moulin à Vent is one of the 10 wines produced in Beaujolais.
 The vineyard is located in the communes of Romanèche-Thorins (71) and Chénas (69). The vines are planted at an altitude of around 250 meters.   Moulin à Vent recalls the emblematic mill which overlooked the vineyard.     With a garnet color, the wine develops aromas of blackcurrant and violet on the nose. On the palate, the wine is elegant and structured with fine tannins. A lingering fruity finish.   Food and wine pairing: duck breast, beef steak with shallot sauce, and fourme de Montbrison. Serving temperature: between 13 and 15°C Aging potential: 6 years
