 A delicate, rounded wine with a nose of small red fruits.     This wine has a beautiful salmon pink color and fine bubbles. The nose develops aromas of small red fruits (currants) and flowers (rose). The palate is fresh and round with a lingering finish.     Food and Wine Pairings: aperitif or cocktail, bacon cake, mango ricotta, strawberry charlotte or chocolate cake.
 Serving temperature: between 6-8°C Aging potential: drink young or can be kept for 3 years in good storage conditions.
