Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay Located in the north of the Côte Chalonnaise, the plots extend over south-eastern hillsides between 220 and 300 meters above sea level. Clay-limestone soil covered with pebbles. Bright golden dress. Nose of pears and white flowers. On the palate, a creamy wine with notes of fresh fruit, a lively, mineral and persistent finish. Food and wine pairings: Roast capon with chanterelles and truffles, sole fillet in hazelnut crust, creamy risotto with saffron and langoustines. Serving temperature: drink between 12 and 14°C
