 Saint-Amour is one of the 10 wines produced in Beaujolais.   It is the northernmost vintage in the region. The vines are planted at around 250 meters above sea level.     With a deep ruby ​​color, the wine develops aromas of peach and cherry on the nose. On the palate, the wine is warm. It has beautiful fruitiness and silky tannins.     Food and Wine Pairings: Bresse chicken with Gaston Gérard sauce, deer fillet, duck confit and Charolais spring rolls.
