Santenay - red wine - 75cl (Burgundy)

Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir Located in the south of the Côte de Beaune, the plots are inclined on south-eastern slopes between 220 and 300 meters above sea level. Intense ruby color. The nose offers notes of raspberries, accompanied by spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is round and powerful with silky tannins. It has a nice persistence. Food and wine pairings: Provençal roast veal, candied beef cheek, Cîteaux cheese. Serving temperature: between 16 and 18°C Aging potential: 7 years
