The Le Jardin andalou herbal tea is a “REBALANCING ENVOYMENT WITH A MEDITERRANEAN SCENT” thanks to liquorice which helps to maintain energy levels. It is an herbal tea that was inspired by the medieval gardens of Saint-Antoine l'Abbaye. It replaces the recipe "Le Jardin Arabo Andalusian" by becoming 100% organic (photos of the old recipe)! The mixed plants of this Arab-Andalusian garden form a subtle gradation varying from beige to orange-yellow, passing through brown, pale green and dark green. The infusion reveals a pleasant spectacle when the hibiscus tints the liquor with a beautiful orange-pink color and gives a little body to the decoction. The nose is very clearly marked by citrus fruits. The scents of orange and lemon intertwine deliciously. Then, in a second time, we perceive the laurel... In the mouth, the sensations multiply! The infusion starts with a fairly strong impression of sweetness due to liquorice which is enlivened by a gentle acidity of citrus fruits and sweet flag before being surprised by a hint of bitterness and a hint of ardor due to ginger. We end gently on anise and liquorice… The more you taste this garden, the more you travel discovering different facets of this delectable blend.
