Madagascar has a unique biodiversity in the world with 80% of its flora which is endemic. Its lush forests allow bees to forage on various and often unknown flowers. Our Rainforest Honey is harvested between harvests, which is why we call it “off-season honey”. There are notes of Mokarana, Niaouli, but also Mimosa Pudica. Spicy and balanced, this very gourmet honey is an excellent accompaniment for breakfast or afternoon tea. Our honeys are 100% natural. Their tasting may surprise because they are very different from European honeys. Crystallization is a natural phenomenon, do not hesitate to stir the honey or heat the jars in a water bath, within the limit of 38 degrees to make it more liquid.
