Bees enjoy the nectar of this majestic tree, offering the world a honey with the scent of roses and the taste of its fruit. Its golden color with a silky texture makes it one of the most popular in the range. Gold medalist at the 2020 Epicures competition, it pairs equally well with goat cheese or on a slice of brioche, turning your breakfast into a fabulous tropical trip. It is harvested in October in the region of Manakara in the south-east of Madagascar.
